The next batch of locomotives that were delivered to Newport were 70008, 70009, 70010, 70011 and 70012 which were shipped from Eire, USA on the 21st December 2010 aboard the Beluga Endurance. Details of the Beluga Endurance in Eire can be found here and video can be found here . Finally arriving in Newport on the evening of Tuesday 4th January 2011 with unloading commencing on the Wedensday afternoon,

The loco's were unloaded in the following sequence 70008, 70011, 70009 & 70010. The unloading of 70012 did not occur due to it falling back into the ships hold following failure of the lifting equipment . It is reported that the loco fell between 12 and 30 ft from its harness crashing into the hold decking. Unloading of 70012 is believed to have occurred sometime late Saturday/early Sunday.

The photo below taken on Saturday 8th Jan from the other side of the River Usk show 3 of the 4 locos that were unloaded being worked upon on the quayside, the fourth loco is hidden at the back.

The picture taken on Sat 8th from the Gaer shows being comissioned along with the Beluga Endurance at her berth. The hatch covers were still open as they had been for most of the week since unloading was halted.
On the morning of Sunday 9th Jan  Beluga Fortune set sail from Newport for Ghent, Belgium revealing that 70012 had been unloaded and was now sat on a road trailer. The photo below taken from the Gaer shows 70008,9,10 & 11 on the left with 70012 on its own on the right.

A view of 70012 taken from the Gaer

The following are two closer views of 70012 and appear to show that the right hand end of the loco is bent upwards(even allowing for it being sat on a road trailer)
